    Cpl SMUGE SMITH

    I have just been lookin at barry 69 pictures [none of me ] what ever happened to the famous member of the rp staff cpl smith , i can honestly say this might be one of the funniest men i ever served with [apart from barry map reading ]

    find smudge smith and put him on the telly

    I "bumped" into Smudge Smith a couple of years back in Manchester Airport, he said he was living in the Warrington area and working at Manchester Airport, haven't heard or seen him since.

    Now Led thats a bit mean Led I expect that from the Stork, but never got lost did we ? and I agree that would be difficult from inside the RUC canteen at Stand Rd,

    PS Just a note on the Section Commanders Cadre I came top of the Map Reading and on route found a few wayard Cpls and got them back on track, so em "Wind your Neck in"

    Do the drums lads remember smuge in goose green when he decided to move out of his potar cabin and live on the roof for the rest of the tour home sick i think he was . As led said throw he was a great laff and a good guy to get on with hope someone can locate him ......

    I shared a room with smudge in Goose Green - there was much more space when he moved upstairs - this was his way of keeping his eye on the NAAFI to catch the bandit robber - everybody knew who did it apart from smudge bless him

    Yes JT it was 27 not 47 and he was my neighbour in Tern Hill he was Kelvin Proberts brother in Law, missed him on TV though, but yer what a guy should of seen him on the JNCO's Cadre in Lemgo what a scream!
