    Our Armed Forces

I applaud everyone one from Doctors, nurses, paramedics, hospitals staff, carers, emergency response services and all the others I may have forgotten putting their lives on the line.

But I also applaud our armed services who are proving once again that our country should be so proud of them they are once again doing jobs that are not in their remit and doing it bloody well my hat comes off to all these people involved and I for one am proud of them even more so having once been one of them so for all of you out there doing what you are doing stay safe,

    God bless you all
They have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind

Yes once again when the brown substance hits the fan and the Government Ministers of the day are all at sea, lost as to what to do next who do they call upon but the military for help both in logistical planning and execution of those plans. at all levels. It says a lot about the training, the expertise, and the ability to adapt to a given situation from the highest levels of command to the lowest with the highest professionalism.
However, like those members of the nursing and caring professions once this emergency is over they will be patted on the head and put back in the box till the next emergency. Will they be justly rewarded with pay support and entitlements suited to their calling, well history suggests that they will not and I for one on this occasion history will be proved right once again.
    God bless them all.
