    Re: Trump

Not just 6 countries. A lot of naturalized, well integrated and successful people of many nations, who happen to be born in one of those countries are targeted as well by this decision.

Agree with you Lars got no time for Trump myself but he is just making good on his promises that he said he would do before he was elected.

I have found 14 countries including Saudi Arabia ( Although have had pressure put on they to allow Israeli passport holders to enter by USA ) who refuse entry to Israeli passport holders or those who have a Israeli stamp in their passport.
Surprise Surprise, they are all Arab / Muslim countries. No demonstrations here or in the states to change their practices or ban their leaders from state visits, i.e. Jordon and Saudi Arabia to name two.

    Re: Trump

I went to Israel last year they now put the entry stamp on a plain piece of paper otherwise as a uk passport holder I would not be able to gain entry to any Arab states if I had the stamp in my passport

I read that Mo Farrar was denied entrance and he's lived in California for years. A 5 year old child was removed from his US resident parents who were also segregated. A former Norwegian prime minister, because he's visited Iran in diplomatic status; http://wjla.com/news/local/former-no...dulles-airport

This isn't a ban, it's panic execution of a dictatorial ruling.

read the article Sharon look like the ex PM got off lightly 40minutes kept waiting 20 minutes questioned 60 in total some of these unfortunate people have been kept for 24 hours. At the end of the day I don't agree with what he is doing but what they do in that country is up to them we in the UL all know what it felt like when Obama stuck his nose into the Brexit vote something that didn't concern him and at the end of the day the yanks can't complain as he is only doing what he said he would do on the lead up to their election. The only good thing about Trump is because he is not a politician you do get a yes or a no out of him to a question asked unlike politicians the world over who go off at a tangent and don't answer the question asked.

    Re: Trump

the Yanks can and may complain, though. Their antiquated voting system got him elected, not the actual bodies who voted, if it was counting ticks that made the diff, Hillary would be POTUS.
I did read the article before posting :) However long people wait to be screened, it's still a massive breach of human rights for no valid or personal reason. I'm sure the mother of that 5 yr old boy felt like she waited an age, and you can bet there are tons more stories not reported.

As for whomever sticking noses in, it needs to be done in some circs, like deja vu. http://veni.com/articles/firsttheycameforme.html

Spicer has taken this order, made it a sweeping ban and as a result opened the door to so much agrro, they'll be feeling the repercussions forever. Luckily his forever will last 4 years.

Agreed about the politicians, btw. Theresa May: trident = liar!

    Re: Trump

fair point, also the richest. Which is one of the reasons Bernie's campaign failed.
