Went back to Lucknow Barracks this week for the presentation of the Elizabeth Coss to the twin sisters of LT Kirby whilst a somba occasion I had to chuckle when I turned up at the guardroom introduced myself and was let in following another car which had arrived first I had my window down and as the first car went past the junction on our right a very loud voice shouted out to the RP on duty "you only had one thing to do today and you F***ed that up already haven't you told them which way to go" looked over my shoulder to see the Sargent major standing there.It was nice to see somethings never change
