Interest Free Loans.
It was good to here today that the Government are looking to offer interest free loans of up to £25 k for Soldiers wishing to buy their first home.
Lets hope there are are no catches in this initiative.
To have a friend, you need to be a friend.

Damm good job to, have to say though the way house prices are going up they will need more than that for a deposit sadly

There is no such thing as an interest free loan, what a load of bollocks, the catch is that they own the house along side you and you pay the mortgage and you will also pay the loan along side it. so in fact you pay your mortgage and the loan is like rent. good idea in theory but this is the British government we are talking about, the same government that as made this country grand forces from 100+ thousand to just over 82 thousand.

This money will be coming from the pot of cash they saved by binning soldiers before they reached their pension point.
