    Armed forces pay award 2013/2014

Here it is folks, there is a lot more like accomodation going up between 4p and 99p aday and food going down by 3p a day

Armed Forces' Pay Review Body 2013 report published
    14/03/2013
An increase of all base military salaries has been announced as part of the 2013 Report of the Armed Forces' Pay Review Body (AFPRB).
    Service personnel
The report was published today, and the government has accepted the recommendations in full, except for one recommendation on X-Factor where consideration is being deferred.
The X-Factor is a pensionable addition to base pay that recognises the relative disadvantage of conditions of service experienced by members of the Armed Forces compared with civilian employment.
In line with the government’s 2011 Autumn Statement, the AFPRB has recommended an increase of one per cent to base military salaries for 2013-14.

In addition, the AFPRB has recommended a one per cent increase in Specialist Pay and Compensatory Allowances.

The AFPRB has also recommended an increase to accommodation charges, but a reduction to food charges, together with a number of targeted measures, including a new commitment bonus for certain categories of personnel joining the Territorial Army.
The recommendation regarding X-Factor was an increase of 0.5 per cent.
In a written Ministerial statement, Defence Secretary Philip Hammond said:
"The AFPRB's recommendations are to be accepted in full, except for the recommendation to increase X-Factor, which would result in costs for which the Department has not currently budgeted. This recommendation is therefore under consideration as part of a wider review of Departmental expenditure and I will inform the House of the outcome in due course.
"All other recommendations will become effective from 1 April 2013, except where the AFPRB report indicates otherwise."
For further details relating to the AFPRB report please refer to the DIB at the Related Documents.
Also published today is the 2013 report of the Senior Salaries Review Body (SSRB), which makes recommendations on the pay of 2-star officers and above.
The government has accepted the SSRB recommendation of an increase of one per cent to base military salaries for all 2, 3 and 4-star officers.

Not a lot but about what i would expect from this Government.

This government has let the 3 forces down so much, its a wonder we have not got any forces at all. They should be ashamed of themselves.
I agree they are all Mastubators.
