Rik, I do believe I have "started" it by suggesting to the "characters" on this Forum, that their input would be valuable to this site. Perhaps one or two of them will respond and perhaps not. Nothing lost in trying is there? I know that it is not easy for everyone to communicate in this way, but once they start they wont look back. 3000 is just a number as far as I am concerned, and I would rather see 300 regular contributors to the Forum. Now that would be cause for celebration.
Gwyn I count myself lucky to be a part of this Regiment and the forum family.I remember the 60s, 70s, when the Red Dragon was at it's best in my opinionthe laughs the ups and the downs but we did'nt care because there was always a solution. Remember the NCO's cadre. One word BRILLIANT.

I agree Allan. The Red Dragon Club, now that stirs up the memories. What a privilege it was to be a member of that club. DAD was the boss Fred Dargie was "mine host" and the place was buzzing particularly after a home game of Rugby or the 5 Nations on the box. The singing was fantastic and the friendships therin, second to none. Oh to be able to re-live those days.
If I can help somebody as I pass along, my living will not be in vain.

Not one Clive was'nt one for them. Hope that this year to be at Wrexham. Got to meet up with some old pals and sing away the night.
