    We have a family tradition of doing that!!! My grandfather(wounded at Cambrai) and his dad both fought with infantry battalions in the Great War.......My grandfather was a bad boy in 1920 and had his medals forfeited.

    He was then town crier in Shrewsbury in the 1930's, we have pics of him wearing his medals during royal visits....How??? Well he wore his dads!!

    Yes there are many guys whom are so desperate to be excepted develop a Fantasy World, was it his Regimental Tie that blew it for him lol

    I suppose the biggest crime is misleading the people who gave there day to honor our brave veterans "Cheated"

    Did he serve at all?

    I needs help of some sort?

    Benny why not post your article on the Forum for all to read. That is one of its purposes after all. Would love to read it.
