    Question TA Units pre 1914

    Greetings all,
My connection to the RWF is that my grandfather stated, when enlisting in the Cheshire Regt on the 19th July 1915, that he had had previous service in the Royal Welsh Fusiliers. (Notice pre 1920 WelSh.)
Now as he was living on the Wirral I asume that it was a TA company situated close to his home. Does anyone know which Bn or Coy it might have been?

In 1914 the Bn was expanded to eight companies in line with the other three territorial battalions and saw the formation of E – H companies.
