    Old Git

As highlighted on this site, I celebrated my 60th birthday today.I had a great day,the staff at the recruiting office gave me a suprise lunch etc. This evening my three lovely daughters took me and the long suffering Colette out for a lovely meal.My youngest Sarah produced a suprise "This is your Life" book of my 40 years Army service with contributions from the likes of Tony (Moggy) Mason and others.I have to admit it brought a tear to my eye.Anyway I would like to thank everyone who sent me cards and well wishes.
