Got told last night the RWR cap bage is now ready for issue, is this correct?

Talking about cap badges, can someone tell me where I can get a blue beret, an RWF cap badge (staybright or brass) and a hackle (long or small one)? I am willing to purchase the items

Here in the South East all I can get my hands on is the Queens Regt/PWRR suff.

The cap badge on Ebay is not the official Royal Welsh cap badge, and should not be worn. The official cap badge will be issued shortly and may be worn after the official Cap Badge changing parade.
