Comrades Cap Badges
Do the Lads who served with the South Wales Borders or the Welch Regiment before they were amalgamated to make the Royal Regiment of Wales wear their original Cap Badge when parading with their comrades association????

Re: Comrades Cap Badges
Hi Bruv
You would have to ask a comrade from the Old SWB - Welch Regt - RRW that one, all I know is that I still wear my RWF cap Badge and Hacle with pride.
Best Wishes

Re: Comrades Cap Badges
Hello Benny,
The answer is a definite yes to your question. Both the S.W.B and the Welsh Regt wear the Ties blazer badges and Cap badge and regimental buttons, of these regiments when on parade or when they go abroad as we do with Swansea "Dai" We have a trip going to Evrecy and members of both these Regiments go with us and we all have a wonderful and humorous time.
Regards Don

Re: Comrades Cap Badges
Im sure Cardiff Branch (RRW) have adopted the new Title and are wearing the new beret and current cap badge. They came to one of our association functions and have grasp the change with both hands.
