    Looking like the Poland scenario at the start of WW2 all over again, the Poles were left out on a limb when the Krauts invaded; despite having a mutual defence pact with a number of other European states including the UK.

    Don’t forget that when the Germans went in from the west the Russians came in from the east but we didn’t declare war on Russia
