Interesting News from the Far East

    Hi,

most of you, by now, have heard about the agreement between Oz, the US and the U.K.

since that announcement France has complained about being stabbed in the back because of cancellation of contracts between them and Oz.

I have to admit to a tiny amount of joy on hearing it because, almost exclusively, it is the French who are shafting everybody, but mainly the U.K., and it’s nice, for once, for UK to be on the blunt handle end of the bayonet, with France on the pointed, sharp, end!

(Naughty, I know, but so, so nice!)

When I read that this morning I couldn’t stop laughing as Keith says how many countries as France back stabbed over the years,it’s now payback time particularly as we told them yesterday to stuff their french made vaccine where the sun doesn’t shine saving the Uk 120 million

So the frogs are moaning about being stabbed in the back yet they go ahead and do this regardless of what the other EU nations want

Paris has signalled it will block future talks between Brussels and Canberra after the latter’s decision to renege on a contract for French-built submarines Australia instead agreed to a new pact with Britain and the United States to purchase nuclear-powered vessels. Clement Beaune, France’s hardline Europe minister, said future negotiations between the EU and Australia would be “unthinkable” as a result of the feud.
