Re: Mr Allen Meares, Denbigh and District Branch RWFCA
Allen was given a send off at a packed Crematorium with a Guard of Honour at the door, and two standards accompanying the coffin. A bugler sounded last post and revelle with Major Glyn Hughes giving the normal salutations. Allen's family appreciated his send off and thanked all who were present. A wake took place at St Thomas's Church hall in Denbigh where light refreshments were put on.
