It is with great sadness that we've been informed of the passing of Michael Thomas - AKA Tommy Duck from Old Colwyn. Tommy served with 1RWF during the 1970/80's, and was a staunch member of Deltas, one of Wally 15's boys. He was still very active within regimental groupings and he'll be greatly missed.

I had the privilage of sharing many a beer on the reunions with "Tommy"
Deepest condolences to family, friends and comrades at this very sad time from the committee and branch members of Denbigh and District Branch The Royal Welch Fusiliers Comrades Association of The Royal Welsh Comrades Association.
Funeral service will be held at 12:00hrs Friday 20th January @ St Johns Church, Station Road, Old Colwyn - followed by a burial at LLysfaen cemetery. Wake will be held in the Plough public house, Old Colwyn.
Indications are there will be quite a turnout of Tom's generation.
