Death of Robert Cynric Owen - 4 RWF

It is with deepest regret that I announce the Death of Robert Cynric Owen ex 4 RWF who passed away in Bodfari on 4 November 2015. Bob was 81 years of age and passed away in a nursing home in Bodfari. A funeral service will take place at St Stephens Church, Bodfari, at 1430 hours Friday 13th November 2015 at 1430 hours. Bob was originally from the Glan Conwy area and has no immediate family. All comrades will be made welcome at the service on Friday. Bob was a member of the Denbigh and District Branch until illness got the better of him. Family and friends of Robert (Bob) attended the funeral , on a rainy Friday 13th November, in Bodfari. The RWF comrades were represented at the service, as well as the wake, afterwards, which was appreciated by Bob's nephew and small family represented. Thank you to RHQ RWF for loaning flag, beret, badge and hackle for draping the coffin, at the service and grave side after.
