Re: The Walter Mitty Hunt Community.
Walts come in different forms, one of which is the Bull****ter. One person who I won't name, when a colleague was KIA, didn't contact his wife and family for a good few weeks and when he did, told them he'd been working undercover in the South to catch the killer. When he left the Army he used to try and impress friends with a bingo book (small photo album of known "players" we used to carry in NI) - he'd tell them that these were all the people he'd taken out, there was a detailed story for each one.
Very sad really
Oh, BTW - I transferred to the RWF from the SAS - they threw me out for bullying.
.
Working for yourself is great, not only can you work half days, you can choose which 12 hours!

Re: The Walter Mitty Hunt Community.
They not only hunt civilians they also pick on ex servicemen who wear these medals that you can buy of these sites such like AWARDS.com. I recently did a parade and shook hands with a Normandy Veteran who had some purchased commemoration medals and he was wearing them alongside his own and this sight would hunt this guy down and humiliate him for wearing them who are we to criticise these veterans for wearing these sort of medals they are not hurting anyone by wearing them and I believe they have earned the right to wear whatever commemorative medals they want.
