Trying to find a former RWF Officer

I wonder if anybody can help me try and trace a particular officer from WW1. I know that he was O/C 8 Platoon, B Coy 2/5 RWF in Fflint. He was commissioned in 1914 and survived the war. His name was Charles Sisum Wright, of Eyam Hall, Derbyshire, which is now a National Trust property, and why I'm trying to find out more. Incidentally, if anybody is interested, I've found a document from WW1 which names about 70 of the men based in Flint, with where they were billetted, their name and rank, date joined, which rifle and bolt they had, their duties i.e. Machine Gun and how much they were paid! (As usual, nothing like enough!). Thanks very much. Dafydd

John Tyler's work has the following:

    Wright C.S. Capt
Charles Sisun Wright, educated at Repton School and Oxford University, served with the University Contingent Senior Division OTC. Was commissioned 2/Lt (6/12/14) to 5 RWF then promoted Temp Lt (20/5/15). He was gazetted (19/6/15) Temp Lt to the 47th Provisional Bn then gazetted (3/5/18) A/Capt to command A coy, he continued to serve with the battalion when re-designated 23 RWF and remained until he relinquished his commission (11/4/19) due to ill health, retaining the rank of Capt.

Ps Any chance we can get a look at the document - sounds like something a few of us would like to see.

The document can be found at the following URL http://calmview.derbyshire.gov.uk/Ca...0+48+2+3_2.pdf There is another part, but that just tells you that it is 8 Platoon, B Coy, Flint.
    Cheers
