Re: Reunion Wrexham 2014
Hi Brian
It was agreed at last year's secretaries meeting and Col Bob LLoyd' proposals that all RWFCA branch secretaries would now form the executive committee and a meeting would be held outside the Annual Secretaries meeting to discuss RWFCA matters only all RWFCA branch secretaries would be asked to the said meetings or a branch representative. The 90th RWFCA Reunion 2014 will take place over the weekend 5/7 Sept 14 and the Borough of Wrexham are going to put various military functions on around the town so I'm led to believe?
Hope that has asked your question my mate.

Hi Jungle,
As Benny has made you aware, the Next and New Executive Committee Meeting is to take place on 19th Feb at Wrexham.
The composition of the Executive Committee now comprises predominently Branch Secretaries. However, Branches can themselves decide who best serves them in as much as nominating a Branch member who would best represent the Branch he/she would then be the Branch Executive.
As far as I am aware, there has been no document produced by RHQ identifying the composition of the Executive Committee by name or apppintment, which really is a pre-requisite come voting time!!
In essence, your Branch can nominate you as their Executive Committee Member should they wish to do so and, should they do so, look forward to seeing you on 19th Feb!!

Hello Gerry and Benny,
Many thanks both of you. I had forgotten this caveat was being used to the tried and tested method. Possibly at best this is a play on words. But thanks all the same

Re: Reunion Wrexham 2014
We have been finalising the arrangements for the 90th RWFCA reunion on 5-7th Sep 14, and a programme will be put out shortly to branches and published here on the forum.
I am aware that the expectation is to have every question answered promptly but the reality is that we have due process and committee approval to go through. This was completed last week and details will now be passed to branches.
The routine is that Commrades Weekend takes place on first whole weekend of September each year.
