I am sure Members would like to Know about a true Royal Welch Fusilier Gentleman and friendly father figure to many . Prior to December last year I received a card from Col John, informing me he was moving to Sandhurst, ,shortly before Christmas and no doubt brought on by the move John suffered a heart attack, from which he thankfully pulled through he was placed on a waiting list for heart surgery which he under went last Tuesday having 5 By passes. I am pleased to report he his making a good recovery and due to be picked up from St Georges Hospital Tooting tomorrow, and taken to his home by son Nick

Tony Many Thanks for that, do you have an address for Col John as I personally wont to send him a get well card as was married to his niece some years back. Can you PM me?
