The 1st Bn pulled off a shock result yesterday by beating 17 @ M the reigning Army champions (well done lads) the Bn went to Marchwood as firm underdogs but after some great defending a breakaway try in the final minute of injury time sealed the match,the Bn will now play either the 2nd Bn or the Welsh guards who play today at Tidworth a match i am looking forward to watching (weather permitting)i will keep u posted,however the semi final is to be played at Newbury rugby club subject to change but at this moment is confirmed,it would be great to see as many as poss turn out and support the Bn i think 13/02/2013 at Newbury,two pubs outside ground so maybe a bit of lunch before kick off ?the Bn now need to go away and work on certain areas (breakdown)were they were poor but overall an improved performance from when they played the 2nd Bn,once again well done boys and good luck see you at semis

very hard game Welsh guards won and deserved there victory against 2nd Bn were nothing really went there way so 1st Bn v Welsh Guards
