I did this fairly recently, we did it all with one quick phone call - very impressed.

Re: army pension
I have had a look at this and have found that Ex Servicemen, who have a pension, and wish to change details or have a chat with someone about their pension, they can talk to Xafinity Paymaster. Details are as follows:
Armed Forces Pensions
If you receive an Armed Forces pension from Xafinity Paymaster you can telephone us on 0845 1212 514 or e-mail a general enquiry to:
As this website is unsecured amendments to personal details can only be accepted in writing, by telephone or fax sent to 01293 604024. Please give both your old and new details on your letter together with your pension reference number.
Attributable Armed Forces Pension Scheme Benefits
If you are currently receiving Attributable Armed Forces benefits as a result of being medically retired or in respect of the death of a spouse / civil partner, where the cause of invaliding or death is deemed attributable to military service those benefits could be affected if you receive Compensation. The amount of attributable benefits received could be reduced or stopped however, you would always be entitled to receive your Service Invaliding Pension or Family Forces Pension.
Compensation could be paid from the MOD. a third party or from Criminal Injuries. If you have received or do receive at some point in the future any such compensation you should report the full details to SPVA at Mail Point 600, Kentigern House, 65 Brown Street, Glasgow, G2 8EX.
