Rugby, how the mighty have fallen!
Warburton must be thinking how the mighty have fallen, from captain to the bench.Priest land should be left out of the squad he has clearly lost his confidence. I feel sorry for Hook being messed about from pillar to post. In some ways I would not be too disappointed if we lose to Samoa, a win will just paper over the cracks in the whole set up.Imho Howley is not up to the job but with Gatland committed to the Lions what options are left. Sean Edwards said before the Argentina game that the squad was the best prepared ever!!! Maybe instead of sending them to Poland to freeze their nuts off they would be better going somewhere warmer so they come out firing on all cylinders and with a bit more HYWL.
All that said what I know about rugby you could put on the back of a stamp with a 6” paintbrush.

Re: Rugby, how the mighty have fallen!
Hopefully that was a "cobwebs" game Colin. It cannot get any worse ...can it? They seemed pretty clueless and disorganised for most of the game. I think Gatlands influence is missed as many of us thought it would be and if we thought it the players must have too I suspect. Stephen Jones had his critics but he could at least read the game and change things around but that skill appears lacking with the current faces...ie if in doubt - kick it! Fingers crossed it was a blip or part of a "cunning plan".
If I can help somebody as I pass along, my living will not be in vain.

Re: Rugby, how the mighty have fallen!
We need the Boss back Wales have lost there way, with the confidence demolished and the lack of guidance and control on the field I fear for the 6 Nations, as England look good and France are really on song, we would struggle with the Scots and the Italians right now and that would put the spoon up for grabs ;( Sad but true, The sub temps in the chamber has frozen the rugby brain, we look so lost on the field and seem to be reacting to the opposition game plan and defending for our lives, What's going on ?????
Well done Halfpenny we need more of him - But the blacks will trance us, to late to do anything so Saturday could be a good day to take the Wife shopping as nothing on TV!

I do not think Warren Gatland was not to far from the team during the build up to Argentina and Samoa,,he is back at the helm for the next to matches, but i do not think he will make much difference,,hope i am wrong...
