firefox/flash player

hi all.
For a long time i have been using Firefox for my internet access. but of late i have been having problems. The Gamesroom and some Arcade games will not load or a notification that Flash player has crashed appears. this happens on other sites that use flash.
I received a notification from Adobe re this which said that the latest update was causing the problem and to reload the player. which i did but it still causes problems with Firefox, i have no problems using Google Chrome.
I was wondering of others have been having this problem?

I use Safari and, occasionally, Firefox, but it's for the Mac OS.

I use Waterfox, the 64 bit version. No problems at all.
