Mervyn Thomas
Mr Mervyn Thomas of Nantymoel, formerly of Bridgend, passed away in his sleep on Friday 10th August following a long and courageous battle against cancer.
Mervyn joined the RWF for his National Service serving from 1954 - 56 completing his training in Rhyl from where he was posted to Germany.
Mervyn was a past member of the Swansea Association and was exceptionally proud of his links with his regiment.
His family would welcome any of those who served with Mervyn and any RWF CA members to join them at his funeral on
Wednesday 22nd August at 1200 in Bridgend Crematorium with a reception after in Nantymoel Bowling Club.
