I have just had details from the Hotel so I can now do the next newsletter and get it out to you, they want you to book rooms direct with them as they need your card details on booking. I will have the newsletter out soon with all the details you need to know and an attendance form.

I am pleased to hear that we are returning to Llandrindod Wells and to The Metropole. Regrettably, Babs and I will not be able to join you at next year’s Reunion as we have already booked a holiday in Turkey to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

I would, however, encourage all members, past and present, to make a special effort to be there if they can. It is a weekend of conversation with friends and colleagues of years gone by. Literally no speechifying - well no too many! Long on good food and excellent wine and short on interruptions to your tales of ‘the good ole days’ and visions for the next 50 years.

Just a 'heads-up' with regard to the refurbishment of bedrooms at the Metropole, the majority of rooms have now been done but it is an on-going project with some rooms scheduled for work throughout next year as well.

I am sure that most members have had invitations to previous reunions, but have not gone. I would encourage everyone to go at least once! This event is a tremendous opportunity to meet up with old friends and make some new ones. Our membership comes from all eras so you're bound to know someone.
