Remembering Fallen Rwf - Eoka Campaign
On Tuesday 21st Nov 06 the CO (Huw James), Adjt (Darren Hughes) and RSM (Dave Crimmins) laid a wreath at Wayne`s Keep cmetery in the Green Buffer Zone patrolled by the UN.
A wreath was laid at 23461184 Fus WV Uphill who died on 5th October 1958, Aged 20.
A wreath was also laid at Marine Greener 45 Cdo RM who was attached to the 1st Bn.
22972513 Cpl DJ Humphreys MM (gained with the 2nd Bn RWF in Malaya on 16Sept 1956) also died during the same campaign, if anyone knows the where abouts of where he was laid to rest could they please let us know.

Cpl D Humphreys is laid to rest in Mold cemetary and I visit once a week when I visit my father in laws grave
