Cool Comrades Visit to Cyprus 2007

    Dear RHQ

I have had a lot of telephone calls lately from members inquiring about the proposed visit to Cyprus in 2007.

    Is it still going ahead?
If so what are the dates?
    What is the agenda?
    What is the cost?

Your help in this matter is very much appreciated.

    BB

    Hello Benny,
I believe the visit takes place in Oct/Nov. It is planned to last a fort night. A week will be spent with the Batt socialising etc. The other week wil be for our own machinations. The cost appears to be heavy according to the last report I had.Much more info will be available at the sec's meeting in March.
    Regards RBD Bridgend

    Hello Al,
The trtip should most certainly be open to individual members.I have heard a rumour that all the branches will be asked to submit names at a time nearer the date and arrangements are in hand to fly from Cardiff for S/Wales visitors and Manchester for our N/Wales friends. It is planned to hire a large hotel for our exclusive use any spare capacity I believe will be available to family members.
    Regards Don
