Ken Broadley
It's with deep sadness that I have to inform members of the untimely passing of Ken Broadley.
Ken joined the 1RWF band in the early 1980's having transfered in from the Light Infantry.
Ken was a keen member of both the Corporals Mess and WO's and Sgt's Mess and since his retirement from the Army lived in Berlin with his wife Walli and family.
Details and funeral arrangements are yet to be announced but I will post them as soon as I get them.

Re: Ken Broadley
Colleagues
I've had a reply from Jessica Broadley sooner than I thought.
Ken was diagnosed last Monday with terminal Cancer and past away on Friday. This was a complete shock to the family because apparantly he was not saying he was feeling really ill.
Jessica feels that her mother would feel a great deal of comfort if former colleagues from RWF contacted her to express their condolences.
I've no other details vis-a-vis the funeral arrangements but Walli's address is below:
Walburga Broadley
Bechsteinweg 7
