Hello guys just wanted to post this to tell you about what my awesome wife is doing for me and all the rest of the wounded soldiers from the Royal Welsh injured in Afghanistan she is running the Cardiff Half Marathon on the 17th Octoberplease if you have anything to give please visit her page and help me and all the other service guys get what we need thank you very much.

I heard on real radio this morning that a group from 1 Royal Welsh are doing a sponsered run from Chester to Cardiff in aid of members of the battalion injured in Afghanistan, does anyone know how to donate to this???
