Re: facebook.
I've not been on FB very long, and am pretty inactive on it anyway, but an ex Bn member/pal found me pretty quick and on his friends' page there were some people I went way back with, and on their pages there are ........ etc etc.

Re: facebook.
I'm friends with over 30 ex Royal Welch on Facebook just from my time with the batallion, but there are many many more on there. It's great to catch up with everyone.

Re: facebook.
I agree with Sheena, many people trawl Facebook to see whose on it. I've had contact with people I knew 40+ years ago in school it's a wonderful tool.
Be aware! they are considering charging for the use of this facility from later on this year (or so) a cost of £3.99 per month. Just like the creep, creep of the TV companies!

Re: facebook.
I *heart* facebook. Especially when I'm bored at work. Is it really true about the possible charges tho Hingey? I'm inclined to believe it's another one of those fraudulent rumours to get loads of people to join a protest "group". Unfortunately, that's a downside to f/b, all the wierd stuff that goes on.
