Just to let you know the lads get two weeks R & R or at least that's what my son got from his tour of Iraq

R&R for a 6 month tour is 14 days which includes travelling time from and back to Theatre. On average it takes anything from 16- 30 hrs to get to each destination or long enough for the RAF to make sure your knackered by the time you arrive at home or back in theatre.

The boys are now starting to arrive in theatre and and the first Coy is presently going through the RSOI package.

Yep thats right,, still got all my teeth, and never classed as a Victor Meldrew of the Bn, Mr Misreble, And Thanks for that Jeff did'nt expect anything less from a EX 6pl Trogladite. Regards all Merry ------Xmas
