Royal Welch make Arab Times
Sat in a coffee shop the other day reading the Arab Times and there on page 12 is a picture of the boys clapping the goat out of Dale Barracks, all these miles away and the Bn still make the local paper great to see, Much to the dissmay of the Ex Para who was with me, quoting watch the 3 para lads dont shave his beard off again. To which i reminded him of the severe beating we gave them in the naafi in ballykinler. Now that was a free fall for all. lol

Cant remember that story although I can remember them shaving Taffys beard off (RRW) and then when they found it wasnt our goat, they had a second attempt but Billy was a bit angry that day, ask him if the three para's that jumped in the pen are OK now LOL

Re: Royal Welch make Arab Times
Dont remember much of that night, in the NAAFI, other than being formally introduced to the fists and boots of a few paras. Noticed the next day in Belfast, where some of the COP lads had decide it was agood idea to go,( out of sight out of mind), that i had a bruise the size of somebodys else is body on my back. Funny enough i ended up, finishing a Patrols course, in the jungle of Brunei with a couple of 3 Para lads, alone in the jungle with them they did mention the altercation, thought it was a good idea at that time to play the ignorance card, the jungle is a big place, didnt fancy ending my days there, after being involved in a " terrible accident ". Dont reply to many posts, or visit the site that often, as coming from Dolgellau still struggling with the 21st century. Anybody in the Neath area fancy a pint, give me a call, at present working with Mark "Lofty" Lloyd, in a Secure Centre for very very noughty boys and girls. Lots of love and big boys hugs.
