Re: old timers
Hi Pat
You forgot to mention his name, which I am guessing is Frederick Green
He left the RWF on 25th February 1946.
Hopefully someone will be able to help further.

Re: old timers
My father would be well into his eightes so its a long time ago.I so wish he had spoken of his time in time in the r w f but he never did.I'm so grateful to my father and all the other soldiers who lost their lives for us to be free. I can't thank you enough. God bless them all.

Hi Pat 502 Is the photo a single shot of your father or as a platoon, Somme 1938 ?? as I have just received a photo of my father who joined the RWF in 1938 . also in Wrexham barracks and the photo was also taken by Algenion Smith ( possibly the btn photographer! ) Is it possible you could put the photo on the forum just might be a coinsidence.
