Now as most of us theses day's may feel the pinch (Credit Crunch) and are not in a position to apply for a second home allowance, so we may take to growing our own produce

So I decided to start a thread which may help others get a head start as there must be many guys and ladies out there with tips to improve our Veggy Patch?

Well today being the 11th of May is the ideal day to plant tomato's (Luner Plan) the roots will take well but apply a few nettle cuttings one layer below the plant to give a bit of natural compost!

barry in response to your tomatoes plants another good tip for the plants
is feed them with sheep muck once you have got the first branches and dont forget to pick of the little buds between the branches hope this helps other people
