Article in the sun
Reading the Sun today and I found a story which states that the forces are no longer allowed to visit on line web sites to chat. This includes sites such as this one.
The full article is shown on page 19 of the Sun and the link underneath will take the viewer to the relevant page on site.
I think that it is a disgrace that the boys are treatedc in this way.

I can understand banning somethings, but it appears that they Brass are Treating the Boys like Kids again, and things are going back to the Dark Ages. They should look into things properly before banning them etc. I'd like to know how they intend to police the Ban? Braz

Seems the Army Rumour Service is really worried!
(Naturally, lots of naughty words there, so don't click if easily offended)
More serious discussion here

Re: Article in the sun
Is it a case of Big Brother watching you or careless talk cost lives, Its ministerial posts that leak most sensitive info, What the troops get hold of they tend to keep safe as they are not careless or dumb.
Its a Government initiative a headline grabber which will not work and fade away its to hard to enforce - the walls have ears gang have not the time or the money to enforce this type of restriction - they will just use the fear factor lol

The tv production should also hold responsible in what it is showing to the public. If it's already offensive then they should have not shown it.
