This means the Battalion finish second in their group and now have an away fixture in the quarter final (to be played in early Jan, the opponents are to be confirmed).

Tommy look through the posts you will see we won the 1/4 play
4Regt RA in semi's two dates given for this match though 3rd and 5th of march 5th being original date given, and then the final on the 11th march

Semi on the 5th and Final on the 11th.Hopefully we will win through and not pick up any injuries.Less than a week between games not the ideal way to provide a good final. Why do the games have to be so close ?

Will 1 RW be back from Kenya for the semi and the final?

I pressume that 2 RW will be in Aldershot supportimng 1 RW if they get through to Final, like what used to happen when either of the old Bn's were in the final?

Here is the Semi-Final Draw

ARU Prem Semi finalists:
4 Regt RA v 1 SCOTS 1200 KO
1 Royal Welsh v 1 Welsh Guards 1400 KO
all to be played on 4 Mar 09.

Both to be played in Aldershot.

Bit confused Dai.

If we finished behind 1 WG in league table and both teams progress, surely, we should meet them in final and not in semi's; I was under the impression that we were to play 4 RA in Semi; or is that not the case in Army Rugby anymore.

From previous threads, it is being said that we play 4 RA in semi's.

I was yesterday when I spoke to the Army Sec.

The other teams were also in the same league!!
