Although not RWF related, I'm sure some of our boys will know this Ex Gloster NCO tragically KIA in Afghanistan this week. What struck me about this loss was the outstanding heartfelt comments from his battalion. Each unit has characters at all rank levels, who provide the that special "something". Its unquantifiable, but vital to a units drive and morale. He Cpl Neild was clearly in that bracket.
