    Angry Photo Update

    Im trying to down load some fotos on to my album and keep getting a message internal error 500 can you please help?

    500 error messages are usually a server issue.

    Are you trying to download photos directly to your album from the photo gallery, or are you trying to upload them from your computer?

    I was getting the same over and over again untill I made the photo smaller and they went on ok.

    Don't try and upload more than 2 photos at a time. If that fails, you will need to resize the photos. Download this image resizer software and install it on your computer.

    Then resize the photos. You should then be able to add them to your album.

    http Error 500 is a 'catch-all' error generated by a Web server.

    Basically something has gone wrong, but the server can not be more specific about the error condition in its response to the client.

    As you are getting the error trying to upload pictures, they may be too big or the server may have problems load balancing.

    If reducing the size of the pictures or waiting until you have an upload confirmed before trying to upload a new one doesnt work it will be worth asking one of the site admins to upload them for you.
