Gabby is a postman back home in Tywyn, and is always in the Workingmens / ex services club as chair of the commitee.

Once in a Blue Moon Gabby is allowed a visa to civilisation and comes to Aberystwyth. Saw him outside Wooly's about 2 months ago. He looked well and was in fine form!

Gabby came from a military background, his farther Tommy served at Tonnfannu and later on civil staff he was a cpl in the ever readies in the sixties,Gabby,s brother Glyn was a TA firstly in ABER. and when his job with PSA took him to Wrexham he finished as a CSM.a younger brother whos name escapes me at the moment.The Towyn were a great asset to the 3rd Batt R W F.
