LOF's Check your bank accounts

Just a quick heads up for all those who stayed in the Novotel Cardiff last weekend.

On checking my bank account this morning I found that the Cardiff Novotel had taken their money out no problem I thought, however the Novotel in Leeds decided they would debit my account the same amount.

On checking with the Leeds hotel their records show I was there as well as in Cardiff. Having explained they have made a mistake they have refunded my money with no drama.

I don't think there was anything dodgy involved, just seemed to have been caught up in the Novotel cyber space.

Anyway enough waffle just check your accounts if you paid by debit / credit card.

I can confirm for you all that Sid is definately telling the truth here, as so often is the case in work he is heard saying to the Inspector..."Come on Sir, im not doing that. I can't be in two places at once!!"
