    Message Editor

    Members

Some of you, when creating, or answering a thread or post, may have a black background on white text in the actual Message Box.

If you would rather the background be white, just click on the Switch Editor Mode. This if found in the top right of the Message Box (two A's in a small box).

    Re: Message Editor

The solution to change the background from black to white below may only be a temporary one. If you have changed it and you find that the next time you log on it goes back to a black background, please do the following:

Go to your User CP and, on the left-hand side (Your Control Panel) look for Setting and Options. Select Edit Options. Scroll down until you see Miscellaneous Options and the Message Editor Interface Menu. By selecting the Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing option you will get a white background as default.

    Message Editor Interface
When posting messages to the forums or other members, there are three interface types available to you. The simplest of these is a simple text box, while the last is a fully-fledged WYSIWYG editor, which allows you to format your text as you want it and see the results immediately.

Depending upon the capabilities of your web browser, you may not be able to use all of these options. If you experience problems when posting messages, try switching to a different interface type.

DONT FORGET TO CLICK ON THE SAVE CHANGES Button!
