    Oh yes - I remember you very well - 1500 metres Lemgo - lapped Gary Blewitt. Used to run to Detmold & back of a lunchtime - diet of weetabix - normal sort of guy - How ya doin'? Nice to see you here.

    Hi 7s how you doing, still out there aye guess you don't see much of Dyserth these days, my brother still lives there?

    Where are you living, my daughter lives in Celle at the moment, Are you still running with a German AAA club as you did then I remember coming to one event with you near Lemgo.

    Oh and the Renault 17 that was some car, well take care glad to have you on the forum mate.

    Hi Mate sent an e mail you should have had it by now all I rember the most was how villently sick you used to make me feel when you collapsed on your bed with the towel over you for what seemed like hours when you where recovering. No good to have you on the forum mate more and more ex Sigs are joining. Could be Germany for the Sigs reunion Barry what a place to have it? Hey Di glad to see your name on the LOFs dinner

    Its great to hear from you too only mentioned you to my lady y:day about our daily birds eye view out of our window!! now I have Internet will definately be keeping more in touch with all of you on the forum.26 years out of the army and still in Germany but in Minden. I still run but at nearly 54 i am slowing down. Busy working as a bricklayer/tiler and I.m happy here. 2009 will be a big party here in Minden celebrating 1RW battle honour. i am part of the Minden organizing group will write a story on forum thans tnt Steve R 17
