Looking at the photograph of the trio,D/M B/M & Pioneer Sgt,on the start of the Forum.
ANYBODY remember Drum Major TAYLOR< no, other details-
Now he was tall,even withouit his headgear.
Will be drawing his pension,or something by now I should think.
Never heard any mention of him. Knew him 63-69,I say KNEW HIM, he never had time for the likes of us
underdog Fusilier Bandsmen.But he was a fine fellow.????????????????????????

i served in the Drums plt with him in HONITON in 67/68 he left after kenya i think,i seen his son in law in Brecon derring lines in 87,and i think Drummy taylor died that year,,ask smokey joe he may have more details he was with him in the drums plt also
