    Fusiliers

    Hello All,
Whilst browsing in Tescos, I came across the following book. Title "Fusiliers" Eight years with the Redcoats in America written by Mark Urban, printed by Faber & Faber, ISBN 978-0-22486-9. The RRP for this book is £20-00p it is on sale inTescos for £13-00p. It is a hard back edition with a dust jacket. It tells of our once famous Regiment and their actions in the American War of Independance. It is a thoroughly well researched book and I am sure all true Royal Welchmen will enjoy it.It brings forward all our once proud traditions of what was arguably the finest infantry Regiment in the world. I can highly reccomend it to all forme RWF soldiers of all ranks.
    Regards Don aks RBD

Once famous Regiment, once proud traditions? Poor wording if you dont mind me saying!
At risk of repeating myself on the Forum, the only thing that has changed is the name. It still is a Famous Regiment which still has its Proud Traditions and is still the finest infantry Regiment in the world. If that is not so for you then you have my sympathies mate. Regards Nick, Still proud to be a Royal Welchman
