    Income Tax

The government has abandoned plans to raise income tax rates, reversing a previously announced policy.

Feel free to choose or share your reasoning if you like!

    Re: Income Tax

I would rather pay extra income tax, if needed to fund the gap in public finances, rather than pay sneaky; unfair stealth taxes or being caught by the the fiscal drag. This way at least you know what is needed tax wise, rather than being taxed on hard earned investment, savings etc. This way we we are all "in the same Boat".
