Re: Valkenswaard War Cemetery - Help
Reference White Ronald 3783588. Given that his marriage and other details are correct. Looking at the Lancashire Birth Records for 1943 and 1944 there are recorded 4 births registered in the Toxteth Park area, under the name of White, however, there is no mother's maiden name recorded.
1943 : Leonard White, reference TP/17A/50 : Valarie White, reference TP/18A/45
1944 : Robert White, reference TP19A/2 : Thomas D. White, reference TP/19A/8

Hunt James Glyn, 4208295. Found reference to maybe himself and his parents. Father : Alfred William Hunt born around 1893 in London, and married a Sarah Thomas, in the July Quarter, 1919, Saint George, Hanover Square, London. Source England and Wales Marriage Index, 1837 to 2005. Volume 1A, page 1476.
James born in the October Quarter, 1922. Saint George, Hanover Square, London. Source England and Wales Birth Index, Volume 1A, page 585.
Saint George Hanover Square was the registration district at that time, but was abolished on the 1/10/1933 and came within the City of Westminster, for administration on that date.

Re: Valkenswaard War Cemetery - Help
Is the research progressing, has any of the information lead to contact being made with any of the families. Just ask out of interest.

Not yet but it gave me good leads. Unfortunately I am to my neck in work so it takes me some time to get everything sorted again.
All the best

Re: Valkenswaard War Cemetery - Help
Hume Henry Arthur 4199864 4th Battalion.
His name appears on the Hingham Ferris War Memorial, as Henry A. F. Hume and this is the name as recorded at birth.
His father Fredrick B. Hume was born either 1888 or 1889 in Burton Latimer, Northamptonshire which is the registration district of Kettering. Census for England and Wales for years 1889, 1901 and 1911, show the family residing in Burton Latimer.
He married Mary West in 1915 at Wellingborough. ( her details were supplied in an earlier post )
He died in 1962 . Place of death given as Kettering.
