    St Davids day 1946?

Two photos that state they are RWF at the Tenglemans factory in W. Germany at the RWf dinner in January 1946, though they appear to be wearing Leeks so I wondered if it would be the St Davids day dinner instead? There are two officers shown with RWF collars and a number of the others have the RWF cap badge in their GS caps. I notice one is in a bandsman uniform? They have 53rd Welsh div flashes on their arms and RWF cloth titles though they are not very clear.

It will be St Davids Day. One of the TA Battalions that remained in Germany after cessation. Possibly the 4th or 6th Bn. Will have a dig about later. The 1st Bn were still reforming at Wrexham at this point and the 2nd Bn was in Japan.

Another in the series from the same seller who has released them in lots, not very nice really as it risked them being split up and lost to history that way.
