The Annual General Meeting and Reunion for 2015 will take place on the above-mentioneddates in the Memorial Hall, Wrexham.
OUTLINE PROGRAMME
Friday 4^th September 2015
Association Golf Competitionto be held at Wrexham(Details tofollow).


Saturday 5^th September 2015
1000hrs; Mayors Reception:

This will take place in theMemorial Hall, three members per Branch to attend, please.

1100hrs; Annual General Meeting:

The Annual General Meetingwill take place in the Memorial Hall.
Attendance at this meetingwill be for Ordinary Members only; ID cards will be checked at the entrance doorto the Hall,
if a member fails to producehis ID card he/she will not be allowed into the meeting.

Annual General Meeting Agenda:

Welcoming address by ourChairman.
Opening address by ourPresident.
Approval of the 2014 minutes.
Any matters arising fromthese minutes.
Chairman’s Report.
Auditors report by arepresentative of Hacker Young, our Accountants.
Matters arising from thereport.

Any branch wishing to speak at the meeting should inform theAssociation Secretary in writing 14 days before the date of the meeting.

1230hrs; Lunch:

Lunch will take place in theMemorial Hall.Tickets only.

1400hrs; Laying up of the Royal WelchFusiliers Colours:

The Parade consisting of the Royal Welsh Band, Colour Party, PioneerPlatoon and Guard from the 1^st Bn The Royal Welsh, Comrades andCadets, will form up on the grass area at Llwyn Isaf Green, in front of the CouncilOffices.

The Mayor will be invited to take the Salute along with Lt Gen JP RileyCB DSO MA, as the parade marches through WrexhamTownto St Giles Church for the very last time.

1500hrsChurch Service:

At St Giles Church a short service of laying up the Colours will takeplace.

Could I please encourage as many Comrades as possible to take part inthis memorable parade.

1900hrs; ReunionDinner: To take place in the Memorial Hall, please be seated by1845hrs.You are asked not to
take your own drinks into theMemorial Hall, as the bar is run by a franchise.

At an appropriate time duringthe Dinner, the President will present those who have been selected for theaward of the Comrades Medal for 2015.

2200hrs; Fast Food for Sale: Thebar in the Memorial Hall will stay open until midnight and from 2200hrs you
will be able to purchase afresh bread roll filled with meat from a carvery of Pork and Beef.It is hoped that some of
those who have not attendedthe Dinner will get together over a bite to eat and a pint in the Hall.

Sunday 6^th September 2015
1100hrs Act of Remembrance at TheRoyal Welch Fusiliers War Memorial

You are asked to form up inthe area of the Cenotaph by 1030hrs, with as many Branch Standard Bearers aspossible.
Format ofthe parade and service will be as normal.

Church Service:Following the Act of Remembrance the paradewill march to St Giles Church.


1230hrs; Lunch: Lunchwill take place in the Memorial Hall, where the bar will be open.

Reunion Costs2015

The cost to individuals forthis year’s Reunion Tickets is as follows:

Annual Reunion Dinner =£15.00
Lunch Sat or Sunday =£5.00 per lunch.
Ladies Lunch as above =£5.00 per lunch.


Accommodation:It has been confirmed that accommodation willbe available at Glyndwr University (NEWI)
at the cost of £45 B&Bper night.To reserve rooms you areasked to complete the attached form and contact Sarah Fisher on 01978 290666 or post it to her at Central Reservations, GlyndwrUniversity,
